Intense purple in colour with a complex nose of fruit and spice, with coconut and blackcurrant, enhanced by toasty cigar box tones produced by oak maturation. The palate highlights velvety tannins balanced by a leathery earthiness with fine tannins. Serve at room temperature. Pairs well with red meats, pasta, stews and roasts.
